Dear Weather,
Hope you are well. I’m glad Spring is coming around, and the sunny skies last week were fantastic. Really top-notch work with that. Kudos.
Matters are a little different today, however. Frankly, I’m not really a fan of your choice to rain and be cold. My plans today were either to:
a. Move the rest of the stuff out of my apartment.
b. Go for a run.
Preferably both, actually. So if you could please stop the rain and hike up the thermostat a knock or two, that would be great.
Thanks and keep up the good work,
Matt

Maybe you should sign it like this:
“Love your conditional alp,
Matt
P.S. — I’m glad you’re pretty in Baton Rouge, Weather… but what happened to Weather twins? THANKS FOR NOTHING.”
But that’s just my opinion.
edited ’cause I’m dumb
:)
I really should sign it like that. But no matter, though, ’cause I served the weather–I went for a run and I moved a bunch of stuff. Whatever the weather’s designs were, they were thwarted (I love that word).
