Thinking about shaving my head. Or going very, very short.

Seriously.

Thoughts?

It’s hot. Anything done in hopes of, er, not feeling so hot is good in my book.

I think you could pull it off, but I’ve never seen you in real life.

Why the sudden desire to chop your hair off?

  2. admin says:

alright, you walked into this one… :o)

Well, heh, depends what you mean by hot.

I’m so kidding that I could not be more kidding if I was kidding.

Why? Not sure. I just get tired of dealing with my hair–it’s just a pain sometimes. And with my newly grown facial hair it’s not like I won’t have any hair on my head at all…

Ack. We’ll see. I may yet chicken out.

  3. beepboop says:

    why not? :)
    do you have facial hair?

  4. admin says:

    Good point :o)

    Yes, I do–quite a bit in fact.

  5. beepboop says:

well, i just saw your reply about having some facial hair..

i would go for it! :)
do some before & after pics, though ;)

  6. beepboop says:

jason does the shaved head/goatee type thing..i like that…makes him look like a biker or something..heheh
    ;D

  7. beepboop says:

how is your facial hair? is it like a full beard/mustache thing? or just a goatee (i hate that word) thing? or some cool sideburns?

Re: alright, you walked into this one… :o)

    Hah.

    Doooo eeeeet!

I think I’ll shave mine as well.

    … or not.

  9. admin says:

    A biker, eh? Hmm…

It’s just a goatee (I’m not a huge fan of that word either), but I can grow more if necessary, including sideburns. But I can’t see having just sideburns and a bald head. Maybe I could grow mutton chops…

  10. orangemily says:

    oh, and…

even if you cut it all off, it will grow back by the time your head would actually, like, get cold. So that’s good, right?

  11. beepboop says:

    yep :)

eek! no sideburns with a bald head. that wouldn’t be right.
i’d say keep the goatee and shave the head :)

  12. admin says:

Good point… Or if I decided not to grow it back, toboggans would be absolutely necessary, too, which is just cool.

  13. orangemily says:

I had to google-ize “toboggan” seeing as I didn’t know what that meant. Not that I do even now…

  14. admin says:

It’s a close-fitting, usually knit hat. As much as I’m not a fan of DMB, this is the only decent picture I could find… What do you call them?

  15. orangemily says:

    hmm

Haha, I’m glad you’re not a DMB fan. Neither am I… I don’t see the appeal.

These? I’ve always heard them called beanies and toques. I hope I’m not thinking of something different.

  16. admin says:

Yep. That’s a toboggan. A beanie is a hat with a propeller on top… At least where I come from :o)

  17. orangemily says:

    Oooooh…
yeah I’ve always called hats with propellers on top propeller hats. Very catchy, I know.

Where I come from, toboggans are called “those ha-yits yoo way-err when it gits all cold out.”
