le vent souffle les feuilles
The office door is open to the beautiful spring morning outside. A jetliner flies overhead, the gruff timbre of its turbines a summons to my aspirations of flight. The office is situated under an approach path to the Greensboro airport, a welcome location for me. I want to fly, and fly and fly some more. And not just for the sensation of it–I want to be in command, to be the one for whom all the instruments and indicator lights are purposed. With the necessary training, I welcome the responsibility. It does something for me to be relied on–it’s like continuous low-level problem-solving, and I do love to solve problems and fix things. Lord willing, I have no intentions of abandoning this track to professional pilothood.
I’m just…happy today. No brooding pensiveness that would create a mood condusive to introspective philosophizing. That’ll have to wait for another time. Granted, circumstances and attitudes don’t have to interact, but today, praise God, my circumstances are good and I’m going to let them impinge on my attitude.

:-D it’s sunny
Yes it is. Hope you get to spend some time out there today :)
on a *totally* unrelated note: you simiply must get your hands on a copy of “A Series of Unfortunate Events” (en Français), they are too spectacular for you to be missing out on them ;)
