Wonderful, restful weekend. I spent a large part of it with her. Dinner on Friday went well. She let me see her room. It’s funny how she plays it down when the quality of the decoration and just the whole atmosphere is twenty times more cozy and inviting than my little hovel of a room here.
Went home on Saturday for a little while to do my taxes. I miss my family. I hadn’t seen them since my birthday two months ago and I didn’t realize how much I missed until I returned.
Solo flight tomorrow, weather permitting. Just a few more flights, then the checkride.
Something of substance soon, promise. I feel a little neglectful.
