Watched a profoundly silly, and yet somehow entertaining movie, The Fast and the Furious, earlier with Aaron at the $1.50 theater on campus. Fortunately, the reel didn’t break this time (as happened when we attempted to watch Notting Hill a couple of years ago). I wasn’t much into the import racer subculture the movie touted, just the machinery. Don’t care much for the big fins or scoops or foils or decals so long as it works. Everybody has their hobbies…

Going to try to do some homework tonight, something rarely undertaken on a Friday night. Barnes & Noble is closed and I don’t yet have a group of friends to hang out with, so homework it shall be. It’s very quiet in here. Perhaps I’ll take a walk later over to the Court of the Carolinas. Yes, I will. Tomorrow, the rain will come.

    yay :)

I’m glad you went to go see that, even if the whole “toy aspect” of the cars didn’t strike you all that much ;) I personally thought they looked really funny myself, ya know, the big buff mean/angry guys in these cute little cars, rather amusing… ;)

hey, it was worth a 1.50 though, at least in my opinion ;)

Yes, the “toy aspect,” as you put it, seemed very silly to me, especially with the weedeater-sounding exhausts. Not my ideal in the least for a car (I can, and have, gone on at length on that subject), but yes, worth $1.50. Not sure if it was worth not having enough cash to buy anything to eat today at GNC, but I suvived :o)

Glad to hear you had such a good time bobbing for apples. When I start liking apples, I’ll try it. Or perhaps before, since you don’t really eat the apple, do you? We’ll see.

    :o)

hehe, you only eat the apple if you can catch one ;)

and really, you need to try to eat an apple picked fresh from the tree on a clear fall afternoon, they are absolutely *perfect* then :)
