flossercizing

Published on September 3, 2004

What is it with the proliferation of George Michael remixes on this internet radio station? I think it’s time to switch it up…

I was up until about 4:30 last night working on sketches for the freelance job. I’ve come into work late twice this week–a precedent I really don’t want to continue. Regardless, I’m dragging today. I think the only things in the cards this evening will be a nap, workout, laundry, and a nice quiet viewing of (long overdue) Metropolis. Somehow State and Main and The Winslow Boy (subtle, theatrical film) got inserted in the queue before it.

Yesterday I finally called the doctor and dentist and made appointments to see both of them, just for routine checkups. It’s long overdue–I mean, I’ve been on my own health plan since February; I could have fielded the $15 or so copay anytime between then and now. I’m not too worried; I’ve been flossing and exercising (not simultaneously).

Lunch.

    flossercising : )

George Michael is one of my (many) guilty pleasures.

That’s good that you made doctor and dentist appointments so your arms and teeth don’t fall off/out.

if only Jane Fonda had known about flossercizing…

…how different her aerobics videos would have been.

    *le sigh*

Yes. The falling-out/off of teeth/limbs, while certainly not unheard-of in this part of the country, isn’t an ideal of attractiveness that I strive for.
