The Inside Scoop closed. It was the ice cream parlor in between the laundromat and the packaging store, near Foster’s Market off Airport Rd. Probably had something to do with the fact that the outside tables overlooked a parking lot and the back of the Hunam Market next door, not the most appetizing vista in the world, not to mention a practically invisible location.
Regardless, it was a great little ice cream place, with lots of character (and a photobooth!). It will be missed.
That’s sad!
When I’m an extremely wealthy second grade teacher/children’s book author/stage actress, I will buy a photobooth. Lofty goals I have.
sadness. i like the inside scoop. i was so happy when there was one on franklin, and sad when that one closed too. i guess it was kind of inevitable with coldstone on franklin street now. inside scoop was too far away from campus, relatively speaking…
That IS lofty goal. I mean, do you know how many well-to-do second grade teachers/etc have photobooths? Practically NONE. I’d say that makes you a trailblazer, always a commendable goal :o)

Yeah, ’tis a shame. I wonder if there are any more in the chain or whether they’re all gone…
