Pray for me, guys. I had an engine fire in the Datsun on the way to lunch today–long story. But God protected me and the car and we made it home somehow, though not before some other ordeals. I have about $1.65 in my checking account at present and I need to make it through the end of the week. I’m caught between a rock and a hard place, going around in circles with my finances and these stupid cars. I have to sell one or two soon–I NEED something reliable. And I’m trying to make it myself. My parents would be more than happy to help, but I don’t want to ask them. I have to make it, somehow. I’m really trusting God here–I’m out on a limb in a big way.
Pray for me.

praying!!
don’t be afraid to ask for help! if your parents are anything like mine, they would be willing to help you!
but even if you don’t ask, i know that God will still provide your needs. :)
He always does, doesn’t He? :)
eep! *crosses fingers for you* *glares at cars with the “you’d better start being reliable” look*
Maybe God wants to take care of you by providing your parents as a way out. My boyfriend has the same situation – two cars – and it can be trying circumstances. I’ll pray for you, but please, consider asking your parents.
Thoughts and prayers.
I agree with the “maybe you should ask you parents” sentiment, though.
Sigh… Hope you’re okay.
Hey, at least go home and let your parents feed you dinner this week. Any I agree–getting grocery money from them might not be such a bad idea. And one reliable care might make more sense than three that are fun to work on…
Hang in there.
prayers and incense
dood, its not an issue of not being independent, go to your parents at least for GROCERY MONEY, please? :)
and yes, you do have too many cars, but thats just your addictive habit, I mean, its better than alcohol, and your parents are probably happy about that, right?
;)
take a deep breath, borrow money, it will be ok…
*hug*
I’ll be praying guy. Hang in there.
Time to invest in a moped. :: ducks! ::
Glad you’re doing alright, but I’m terribly sorry to hear about your car. =(
Thanks :o) A moped? Nah. One of these would be nice, though…
I just got push through and get the Supra running is all. I’m off to Jeff’s tomorrow morning to pick up the 4.10 JZA70 diff that I need and a few other assorted bits…
When do you leave for Texas?
Actually… bikes are great in that they don’t cost all that much, and have awesome gas milage. =P
I leave at the ass crack of dawn on Wednesday morning for Tay-has. I’m so excited! Yay! =)
