Drove through the rain earlier to return an unneeded car part so I could have enough cash to eat lunch… I have $3.50 in my checking account. Not the worst it’s ever been, but I’ve still been cutting it closer to the wire than I’d like lately.

Even the air is grey today. The rain hangs in the air, suspended, and clings to you and you walk through it, little beady droplets that thicken the occasional breeze. I crashed at home last night, since I was doing my fourth load of laundry and my latent tiredness just overcame me. Cleo was very hospitable and curled up on the chair next the couch, where I slept underneath the green and blue comforter I haven’t slept under in months. It was quite cozy.
