Traffic is an abomination… Of course, the whole idea was kind of sketchy to begin with. I left work at 4:30 and got to Raleigh at 6, going about 15 mph the whole way. I was supposed to meet Aaron at 5:30, but that didn’t happen, obviously. Everyday seems to conjure its own argument in favor of a cell phone… Yet I resist. Don’t really know why.
In any case, while in Raleigh, I did get a chance to duck into the record store and buy OtR’s Ohio. Breathtakingly beautiful album… Baroque, intricate, raw and complex. It’s a two-disc record so there’s a lot of material to wade through. But I have a feeling I’ll enjoy it.

I laugh at your concepts of abominable traffic
you should see beijing during big traffic times… scary doesn’t even begin to describe it.
buses will even drive with one wheel on the sidewalks. eep.
