I gotta take a break. At least it’s cooler in here–when Scott was here the A/C wasn’t high enough, which only exacerbated the frustration I was feeling at the world in general… Fortunuately we turned it down.

Okay, imagine a wad of paper, balled up. Imagine there are casually scrawled instructions on that wadded paper about a task you’re supposed to perform. And imagine that less than half the necessary instructions are actually on that paper. Now, imagine someone throws that ball of paper at you and says, “Okay, do it.” Welcome to my day with Gary.

*sigh*

Heading over to Franklin St. in a bit. Anyone up for dinner?

Just got home and saw that. :/ Sent you an IM message about it, actually, but it’s probably gone.

Dinner was good. Well, the dinner itself wasn’t that good, but the time with my family was. :) Yeah…

    Hey You!!

I’m finally back up and running on the internet – my journal will be updated soon hopefully, but with starting school and all I really don’t know when – I have REALLY miss talking with you – it’s odd how much you realize you use the internet until you don’t have it anymore :o( Hope all is well with you – write me sometime soon if you get a chance – let me know what’s goin on with ya :o)

    Take Care!

I’m glad you like the song :o) They are a pretty cool group… You really can’t go wrong by them, no matter what you download, especially if it’s their early stuff–which is really easy listening and jazzy, but with a good depth to the lyrics (not just fluff).

And now I’m chatting with you online. Which is cool beyond description.

    Hi Sonja!

Glad to hear you sound like you’re doing well and all that jazz… I’m excited for you about school. Are you nervous? You caught me in the middle of an, er, interesting week… My email has been down since Tuesday and I’ve been going about 500 mph otherwise, and am sick to boot. But all is well! God is good. I’ll write you as soon as my dumb email service becomes available again :o)

    Matt

  8. Cool :o) That’s what happened with me too – I’m not at Duke anymore (which is where I usually checked email, etc) and my dad’s computer recently crashed. We’re up now…we’ll see how long it lasts :o) I’m looking forward to chattin with ya and catching up. Hope you get to feeling better soon :o)
