I’ve found a church, at long last. Thank you all for your prayers. It takes me 45 minutes to get there on Sunday mornings, but there are real, honest-to-goodness spiritual breakthroughs happening, the worship is just awesome, and the people are friendly. I’m going to a singles’ group meeting this Friday; we’ll see how that goes.
The service this morning was incredible. The sermon was anointed and spoke into the life of every person present. It’s a large church, with more than 5000 people, most likely, so I’m a bit bewildered by everyone, but the diversity is amazing. I felt blessed, and encouraged, and joyful.
Took a 3-hour nap this afternoon… It was so nice just to lay out on the couch and feel the sunshine tempered by the cool air, and fall asleep.
Now, to make brownies :o)

I feel like I am going through a transition where I am asking God to give me the desire to want him more in my life. I hope in time the feeling will get stronger.

St. Augustine, Florida. It’s a good little drive, but I guess it’s a ways to whatever beach you go to, right?
