Going to bed much too late–I need more catch-up sleep than this. I have absolutely no reason to complain: I’m a young, reasonably fit individual living in a beautiful part of the world with a good job. And yet I feel terrible. There is some definite spiritual warfare going on here; I’m convinced of it. Every thought I have is dragged down. It’s like there’s no room for optimism at the moment, even if I would make it. The swearing at work is really starting to get to me as well. I suspect that being employed at a place that has some connection to seafaring probably has something to do with it. I guess I’m just thin-skinned. No, I’m not, but three weeks of mis-management and countless frustrations around me at work being vented in such terms grates on my mind and emotions. You prayers would be more than appreciated.

I would lie down now, but I know I won’t fall asleep–of all the nights to be restless…

*sigh*

    Been there myself lately.

I’m praying for you on this. Put on that whole armor and march!
