No, I haven’t found an apartment yet. I haven’t even gotten my own computer at the office yet :o) I’m using the boss’s while he’s out for a couple of days. I have to learn Pro/Engineer somehow… This entry still feels a bit clandestine, however. I’m here, and I’m fine. The trip went quickly, the car held up, and I’m in a halfway decent hotel searching for an apartment with all my spare time. Orientation here at Luhrs was this morning, and incredibly boring. I swear I used all the ink in the pen they gave me signing forms. But I read them all, don’t worry :o)
Everyone here is great. There are even two cars guys up here in the engineering department. One is into old cars and working on them, and the other one is into racing and everything related to that, so both hemispheres of the car-loving part of me are satisfied. Oops, I think I need to get back to the tutorial before somebody looks over my shoulder.
