My bracket is rocking out. I’m 26-6 so far… Called the Syracuse loss, the UAB victory, and the NCSU win (go Pack!). This is going well–might actually win that $2.50 office pool (it was a 50 cent buy-in). That’ll buy…let’s see…Not much. A Newcastle? :)<\/p>\n
I need sleep, badly. I had a good lunch–a chicken burrito from Carrburritos with a side of all-flour chips and a glass of water, so I was riding the calorie wave right after lunch. But then I had to drink a Coke around 2:30, right as the food energy was done digesting, so the drop-offs from the caffeine high and from lunch happened simultaneously and around 3 I just hit a brick wall. One minute I’m cranking, next minute I can’t keep my eyes open. Had to get up and make a couple of loops ’round the building just to be able to finish out the day.<\/p>\n
I decided it was going to be polar opposite movie weekend. I rented Schindler’s List<\/i> and Eurotrip<\/i>. I rented the first because I’ve never seen it, and the second for the same reason, plus a few other reasons like the fact that I meant to watch it before we left last summer, but never did, and because I find Michelle Trachtenberg quite attractive, if much too young for me. Ah well. The movie was dumb and gratutious and pretty offensive in bits if you’re European, but definitely amusing in parts, and it was fun.
