Tailgating = Number one pet peeve whilst driving. Especially<\/i> if it’s a four lane road and they’re seemingly incapable of using the other lane to pass me. If you tailgate me, I will<\/i> slow down, be forewarned. On a four lane road with a speed limit of 45 mph I made it all the way down to 20 mph before the idiot got off my bumper and sped around me. No other traffic on the road, mind you. Amazing stuff. If you are less than one and a half car lengths behind me, you are tailgating. Why oh why can’t I just live in Germany, where they know how to drive…?<\/p>\n
Going skiing as a chaperone with the youth group this afternoon. We’re headed to Winterplace in WV. Not great, but it’s close to the best we can do here in central NC as far as resorts within a reasonable driving distance. Should be fun, provided I can find the two or three guys on the bus who actually know how to ski reasonably well. Nah–it’ll be fun regardless.
