A little sore this morning.  Ran with Aaron for about three miles yesterday morning along the river at the valley floor, then hiked 6-7 miles up the mountain and around back to Lauterbrunnen.  Some trails were close to a 60 degree angle for 10-15 minutes at a time, switchbacking back and forth.  But we made it to the top of the ridge and got an incredibly breathtaking view of the three mountains just a range over that constitute &#8220;the Top of Europe,&#8221; Eiger, Monch, and Jungfrau.  I wish we had gotten pictures and videos, but our resident cameraman, Donald, was huffing and puffing after the first 1000 feet or so of the hike (he had an appendectomy not two and half weeks ago), so we ended up leaving him behind (unintentionally).<\/p>\n<p>More to come&#8230;  We&#8217;re leaving for Italy and then Nice in just a few minutes&#8230;  Pray for us!
