Not to mention that three-hour nap I took earlier in the evening.  That won&#8217;t help matters&#8211;not as far as falling asleep, at least.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve been addicted to solo piano music lately, mainly by George Winston, and his <i>Summer<\/i> album.  Something about the weather recently coupled with my prevailing mood these days seems to agree with it.  Actually, not just piano music, but instrumental music in general.  I think perhaps it gives me a chance to think a bit more when I&#8217;m driving in the car?  I was at the office this afternoon until 6 or so, but I had to get out earlier, just to clear my head, so I went for a drive down to the grocery store and back, the long way, around 3.
