The jist:<\/p>\n<p>1. I watched <i>Reality Bites<\/i> over the weekend, and while not overly impressed by the movie, I did enjoy the inclusion on the soundtrack of U2&#8217;s &#8220;All I Want Is You,&#8221; a typically sweeping, gradiose, anthemic love song.  I want to buy <i>Rattle and Hum<\/i> now.<br \/>\n2. The flight exhibit at the NCMA was stellar.  Some breathtakingly beautiful pieces were on display.<br \/>\n3. Revisiting the museum after a hiatus of several years brought back lots of memories of the period when I went there every week for an art history class, and the pastel drawing and block printing classes I took, and greatly enjoyed.<br \/>\n4. I had a good run last night.  7:15-7:30 miles.  I was trucking.  I might sign up for a local 5K soon.<br \/>\n5. I need to do laundry.  Badly.<br \/>\n6. I dug up the 6-hour version of <i>Pride &#038; Prejudice<\/i> from my parents&#8217; house yesterday afternoon, brought it back to the apartment, and made it about halfway through before I decided to go for that run.  Such a good film&#8211;I&#8217;ll finish it tonight.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Well.
