No KC trip, it’s looking like. Matt Everson was the only person interested in going, which drove up the hotel cost considerably, besides the driving and time commitments, among other things… I’m more than a little bummed. But it’s all for the best, I think. I’ll be able to man the sign-up table on Sunday for the Car Care Saturday at the beginning of next month, instead of having to get one of my guys to do it, and I’ll be able to go to Heather and Leslie’s New Year’s eve party, and just have more time with the family… <\/p>\n
So there were reasons both ways. Part of me feels like I really wasn’t moving in faith, like I didn’t believe that God really wanted me there, in Kansas City, attending the conference, but another part of me feels like sometimes we commit to anything and everything without choosing our battles and events and such… I don’t know.<\/p>\n
