It is cold outside, and rainy, and grey, and everything that you think a Monday would stereotypically be.  When the heat finally came on in the car it made things quite cozy and created an environment all the more condusive to sleep, and of course it didn&#8217;t help that the commute seemed longer than it normally does as well.  Is it a sign that I&#8217;m not getting enough sleep when I wake up in the morning and my toothbrush is still wet from last night?<\/p>\n<p>Took me forever to get to sleep last night, too.   I tossed and turned for half an hour, and then kept waking up&#8230;  Thank goodness I got  that nap yesterday.<\/p>\n<p>Erg&#8230;mornings&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I want to go back to bed.
