Slow night. I’m a bit overwhelmed by little things, but I’m downing them one at a time (this entry really isn’t one of them, but I needed a break). It’s raining quite hard now. I wish the laundry building was closer so I could sprint over there with a load without getting soaked. I really<\/i> need to do a load of laundry, and I think we all know what that means in terms of what I have that’s clean versus what’s not.<\/p>\n
Made hummus earlier. Didn’t come out too well in the blender (a food processor works much better), and it’s a tad on the salty side, but it’s still good, and way more economical than buying those little plastic bowls at Harris Teeter. It’ll be better after I leave it in the fridge for a little bit.<\/p>\n
