I have been up for about half an hour now (89.7, the Classical Station, woke me).  I am enjoying the morning of my day off with two pieces of peanut butter toast (reduced-fat crunchy) and not being as ill as I was last night (head cold).  My nose is still running a bit (need to buy tissues), but I don&#8217;t feel as ridiculously tired as I did (I still tossed and turned).  Sleep does wonders (I still remember the dream).  It is going to be a busy day (I hope things are open).
