It was great. We went to the beach, visited Embry-Riddle down in Daytona Beach, walked around downtown, and even saw the fireworks show last night with my aunt, uncle, and cousin, who has recently graduated and is looking for a job. She was able to offer her sympathies, too. My parents brought a whole stack of old records donated to them, for me to flip through and pick out what I wanted to keep. I found a whole bunch of ABBA, an Elton John greatest hits record (without Tiny Dancer, though, something I was slightly disappointed about), some great Fleetwood Mac albums (including two copies of Rumours), Pat Benetar, REO Speedwagon, Steppenwolf, and a copy of Pink Floyd’s The Wall in great condition. I didn’t realize what a great song Elton John’s “Goodbye Yellow Brick Road” was until I listened to it on the turntable… It’s an experience I highly recommend.

Saw Ray from Luhrs today at the video store… Talked with him for a good long while. He was probably the guy at Luhrs whose company I enjoyed the most. It was good to see him. Picked up the French version of Cyrano de Bergerac… It’s going to be a dramatic evening :o)

David and my parents left earlier this afternoon at the end of a great week… The apartment was a bit crowded, but there were people here to talk to and who sympathized with me and prayed for me.
