I have a tiredness headache… I really should be in bed, and I will be, shortly. Tomorrow’s going to be a busy day, too, but I’ll get everything done. At least I was more awake today. It was a typical Friday in the sense that everything was winding down at the end of the week, especially during the afternoon.<\/p>\n
I’m finding it somewhat difficult to rein in my propensity to buy performance upgrades for my car. EBay is not helping the situation at all. I won’t buy anything, but I could be spending my time more productively than just browsing around the site for as long as I do. There is just something immensely appealing about the ability to plug in a piggyback fuel computer to recalibrate the fuel curve, and have a digital readout in the passenger comparment of the vital functions of the engine. The same goes for electronic boost controllers, and any number of gauges that may be added eventually. We’ll see. I think the challenge of it all appeals to me as well. First off, within my car budget, which is depleted for a little while, I’m going to perform the preventative maintenance upgrades and the ones geared towards making this vehicle feel as if it were hewn from a solid billet of steel. The buttoned-down, squeak-and-rattle-less feel is what I’m going for. Okay. I’ll get there eventually. In the meantime, I have more important things to deal with than a dumb car. Yes. Like sleep, for example…<\/p>\n
