I miss her gentle, soft, indelibly feminine voice, and her movements, each marked with an undeniable grace&#8230;  I miss her laugh.  I miss her vulnerability with me, and I miss my openness and vulnerability with her, when I could open myself without having my heart trampled on over and again.  I want to hold her in my arms again, to place my palm on her cheek, wrap her in my warm embrace and say, again, &#8220;Welcome home.&#8221;  Why must she be so far away and we have done what we&#8217;ve done?  There are a million things, and more.  I hate the emptiness and futility of words sometimes.<\/p>\n<p>Will I ever love as deeply again?
