Miracle of miracles… I didn’t eat all my brownies Sunday night, or last night or tonight for that matter. I still have about a quarter of the pan left. Not that they aren’t scrumptious, it’s just… I dunno. And I have milk, too, so it’s not the lack thereof.<\/p>\n
Twinkie’s gone. I went over the car in exhaustive detail with Bob after work today, pointing out all the particulars. He’ll have fun with it. The sad part of the whole ordeal was that I was going to show him the creaking of the driver’s side visor, and it didn’t make the noise. This is the first time in six years it hasn’t done it for me on command. Bob drove off, taking my keychain (with which I had started the car) with him… He rang my doorbell about half an hour later and returned it to me, less Twinkie’s key, of course. I’m just glad I had to get in the apartment to get my tools before he left, otherwise I would have been camped on the stairs for a while… His kids thought the car was great, by his own account. He said they’re ready for rides :o) It made me happy to hear that.<\/p>\n
I rented the Best of Mr. Bean earlier tonight, and am greatly dismayed by the absence of the beginning of his Christmas skit, arguably his best piece of work. I’ll have to see if they have that particular tape at Blockbuster… If they do, I might just choose to “lose” it :o)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
