I spent way too much money on food last night. I hope it will last me a while. Spices and condiments are like tools–They don’t do a whole lot as far as many dishes are concerned, but each of them is absolutely essential for one dish, so you have to have a full complement in order to make anything. It’s the same with tools. I’m not going to use a 2 1\/8 in socket for everything, but I can’t get a wheel hub nut off without one. Then there’s something like a 1\/2 inch breaker bar that I use all the time; it’s kind of like olive oil–good for many things. I could go on…<\/p>\n
It’s slow. I’m emerging from my early morning funk slowly as well, as the day passes, thanks to the encouragement and prayers of a certain young woman whom I love very much, and others who I love not quite with the same degree of earnestness, but appreciate just the same :o)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
