We bought our Christmas tree yesterday. Pictures soon. We decorated it that evening, Daddy doing the traditionally frustrating light arrangement, Mommy handling the garlands and tree skirt, and all three of us contributing some ornaments. Daddy hoisted Luke to “put the star on the very top,” an achievement he’s rightly proud of and hasn’t stopped repeating since yesterday (he had been anticipating this for months).<\/p>\n
It’s been wonderful to have the video camera. We recorded the tree decoration process, along with other odds and ends like Penelope getting a bath (her favorite thing) and Luke dancing (!) to Christmas music. I’m on the lookout for software and hardware that will allow me to put video clips online. As I understand it all I need is the right cable and some video editing software.
