Guess I should update. Uneventful around here lately, besides the usual portfolio work. Had a good, albeit busy, time this weekend. Went to see Erin play ultimate frisbee in Greenville with her college club team. They won the games they played against college teams and got clobbered by the community club teams (who have much more experience and don’t have things like exams and papers on their minds). It was fun to see her play and enjoy herself, since I know she hasn’t always enjoyed that sport in the past on all occasions. I got a nice sandal tan, with a perfectly masked strip running down the center of each foot. The rest of me didn’t get burnt, though, which was a minor miracle, being as white as I am.
It was good to see Tim again, and to meet his new girlfriend Amy, who complement each other very well in many respects, a good quality for a couple to share. I also got a tour of his house and trailer (we’ll just call them both “works in progress”) along with his array of machinery in the backyard. His Pontiac Grand Am is just asking for an engine upgrade… :o)
