It’s more than a bit disconcerting when a class that you need to graduate in December is canceled right under your nose for the third semester in a row. All is well, though, thanks to some administrative string pulling and copious numbers of phone calls… I just hope a course I took at UNC will transfer over and fill one of my elective slots. If so, I’ll only have 12 hours left, an attractive prospect. If nothing else, it’ll give me time to work on this portfolio thing, and nebulous entity I keep telling people I’m working on but no one has seen any evidence of yet. It does exist, however; it’s not mythological.

The Taurus is gone; Elyse took it last night. The rest of my family felt more emotional depravity from its departure than I did, though. One would think that after the hours I spent with it that I would feel some sort of attachment to it, but no, I’ve sacrificed enough blood to get it running and am just glad to see it go. Only to return this weekend… Volunteered warranties are wonderful things :o) We’ll see how it goes.

School resumes in a week. The beginning of the end. Yessss.
