The most beautiful day imaginable outside… Spring is present in spades.

Watched most of Showtime last night on digital cable with Donald, Leslie, and Jenn before it cut out on us. After that we were relegated to Godzilla 2000, which was entertaining for a bit, but by that point we were all starting to taper off… The flurry of MST3K-type comments directed at the movie gave way to more of a collection of listless stares at the screen. It was good fun. Polenta goes well with hummus, we established, and Donald did not overcook the steak, either.

Car group today was small, as only Matt A. showed up, and Mike was already here from the sleepover the night before. Incidentally, Matt’s wife works in the design department at UNC, and they need a freelancer to do work for them, so she, having heard through Matt that I did graphic design, contacted me. I have an interview Monday. Your prayers would be greatly appreciated…

Great (late) lunch. Elyse introduced me to Carrburrito, and we had quite a European dining experience before going on an *ahem* spirited drive towards Hillsborough… Good conversation is something to relish. Thank you for the tea :o)

We’re moving the first week in April, to the apartment, that is. John had already started packing before he realized that it would be well if he waited a few days. It’s not as far from home as I would have liked, but the apartments are really nice, a great deal, and I’ll be rooming with two awesome guys. Praise Him.
