The phone interview went reasonably well. Thank you for your prayers. I got grilled for about twenty minues, then I fired as many questions back at them as I could. I think it ended better than it began. In any case, I’m trying not to turn every little snippet of conversation over in my mind and just move forward and be patient. I was nervous before the phone call, and I found that if I was actually doing something instead of just sitting waiting for the phone to ring, it eased the tension somewhat. I don’t think I’ve had a more productive couple of hours in my life…
Today’s been good too, and productive. Got some financial issues ironed out, and diversified my contacts a little bit in the interest of not hedging my bets on the High Point job. Looking forward to being able to sleep in tomorrow morning, though. I was up late last night tackling some drawings for my prospective employers.
And I need to get the soundtrack to the movie Rushmore. Funny movie, and great music…
