Wild morning–I walked up the stairs to the engineering department at 7 only to find everyone sitting around in the darkness. The power had gone out, and we were helpless without computers, and the rest of the plant was pretty helpless without power tools. After I read the funnies in the paper Bob brings in, Bob (another one), Ray, and I spent about an hour walking around our new offices, a work in progress, before the power came on again. Then we had to wait for Chris to boot up the servers so we could access our files… It was 10:30 before any work started getting done. But it was a good change of pace, and kinda fun :o)
