I will praise my wife. It’s been a long holiday weekend, but a good one, with lots of time outside and out and about. Luke got sick last night, though, his first real vomiting spell, and Diane was, and is amazing. She showed such unending and totally selfless concern and love as he threw up every 30-45 minutes over a several hour span. I tagged along and provided what meager help I could, but she demonstrated motherly love far beyond what I could ever (and rightfully so, I think) muster. But I still stand amazed and I will still praise her. Ordeals like that prove, as if it needed more confirmation, that however she may deny it while in the throes of pregnancy, her beauty transcends her entire character. She is worthy of honor, and I am so thankful for her and pleased with her.
