when i was stronger
I have the Faces song “Ooh La La” going through my head as I sit here in bed with the laptop, appropriately enough, on my lap and my eyes burning slightly from the contrast between the bright screen and the dark room. I downloaded that song along with Chad and Jeremy‘s “A Summer Song” a week or so ago, depleting the remaining balance an iTunes gift card I received for Christmas. They’re both nostalgia pieces, both on the soundtrack to the movie Rushmore which I misplaced (read: lost) some time ago.
