It was hard to get comfortable in the Audi, since evidently anything besides actually actively driving the car is discouraged, but I found a spot.  The public safety guy cruised by about halfway through the nap and I waved and gave him the thumbs up, and he kept on going.  I&#8217;m terrible; I know.<\/p>\n<p>Good news is that I&#8217;m more awake now.  I ducked by the grocery store on my way back too and picked up a few odds and ends, and tried to get quarters for laundry, to no avail.  I think being awake is more a conscious choice than anything else, especially at this point in the day.  If I want to be tired and ready for a nap, I can certainly choose to be that and make myself a little sleepy, and I think it works the other way around too.
